Terms of use of the parking lot Ružica parking - Ul. Vladimira Nazora 4, 10410 Velika Gorica 

Please carefully read the attached Terms of Use, which apply to the terms of use of the parking lot.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • 1.1 “Parking Lot” means Ružica Parking 
  • 1.2 “Terms” means these Parking Lot Terms of Use.
  • 1.3 “You”, “Your” and “User” means the person who has accepted the Parking Lot Terms of Use by entering the Parking Lot. All Users, by entering the Parking Lot, parking a vehicle in the Parking Lot or in any other way, shall be deemed to have done so on their own initiative and the initiative of any third party they represent.
  • 1.4 “Vehicle” means any vehicle that has entered the Parking Lot and that has any mechanical device on wheels, with its associated equipment or additional equipment, vehicles longer than 6 meters, vehicles with a trailer or vehicles with more than 9 seats (including the driver’s seat), campers
  • 1.5 “Website” means ruzicaparking-zagrebairport.hr

2. GENERAL INFORMATION

  • 2.1 By reserving parking, you accept these Terms of Use.
  • 2.2 These Terms of Use constitute the entire contractual relationship between you and us in relation to the use of the Parking Lot.
  • 2.3 We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use (including changes to the prices that are an integral part of these Terms of Use), without prior notice, upon publication of the same (including new Parking prices), as part of our website. We recommend that you always check the Parking Terms of Use beforehand, before entering the Parking.

3. DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARKING LOT

  • 3.1 In no event shall we be liable for any damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to damage resulting from damage, loss or theft of your vehicle, or any additional equipment or contents of your vehicle while your vehicle is in the Parking Area, or for any indirect or consequential loss including but not limited to lost profits, loss of income, loss of data or loss of earnings.
  • 3.2 In no event shall we be liable for the consequences of force majeure or for the consequences resulting from events in the Parking Area over which the Parking Area has no influence or control. For example, events such as: war or threat of war, riots, strikes, industrial action, terrorist threats or activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, epidemics, pandemics, adverse weather conditions (hail, storms, etc.), earthquakes, volcanic eruptions or the spread of volcanic ash, or any other similar event beyond our control.
    Please note that the Parking Lot is accessible to all and Ružica parking cannot prevent forced entry by individuals who access the Parking Lot at the entrance and in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and Ružica parking will not be held responsible for the conduct of individuals who enter the Parking Lot. Furthermore, Ružica parking cannot guarantee the safety of your vehicle, additional equipment or items left in your vehicle, therefore parking your vehicle at the Ružica parking Parking Lot is at your own risk.

4. PARKING RULES AND PROCEDURES

  • 4.1 When you park your vehicle in the Parking Lot, you are obliged to:
    a) Completely close all windows and sunroofs of your vehicle.
    b) Properly brake your vehicle.
    c) Lock your vehicle.
    d) Do not leave animal(s) or people in your vehicle.
    e) Remove items in your vehicle out of sight of passersby into closed drawers or the closed cargo area of ​​your vehicle. Ružica parking is not responsible for any form of theft or damage caused to your vehicle as stated in point 3 of the Terms of Use, especially in cases where they are the result of your failure to comply with the above instructions.
  • 4.2 You are fully responsible for all damage that is a direct result of your actions in the Parking Lot in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia and related regulations.
    4.3 While using the Parking Lot, you must drive safely and comply with all traffic rules. Likewise, in the Parking Lot, you must take care to properly supervise children and animals, who must be led and supervised by you at all times while moving in the Parking Lot.
  • 4.4 We reserve the right to remove any vehicle within the Parking Lot due to safety, security, emergency, extraordinary reasons or in cases where we are requested to do so by a representative of a competent and authorized institution.
  • 4.5 In cases where you have parked your vehicle in a manner that (in our reasonable opinion) is unsafe, prevents the free flow of traffic within and within the Parking Lot, we reserve the right to remove your vehicle without prior notice, at your expense.
  • 4.6 Activities that are not permitted in the Parking Lot area and we reserve the right to refuse you the current right to use the Parking Lot or future use of the Parking Lot
    a) Making noise, including listening to loud music, in a way that disturbs other Parking Lot users, employees and the environment.
    b) Misuse or harmful activity in any part of the Parking Lot.
    c) Filling or emptying the fuel tank of your vehicle.
    d) Providing services, cleaning or repairing vehicles.
    e) Sleeping in your vehicle.
    f) Throwing garbage around the Parking Lot area (packaging, etc.), except in the place provided for that purpose.

5. PARKING SPACE RESERVATION

  • 5.1 The reservation can be made: by phone, e-mail or online form on the website https://ruzicaparking-zagrebairport.hr
  • 5.2 When making a reservation, it is necessary to specify:
    a) Date and time of arrival at the Parking Lot
    b) Date and time of departure from the Parking Lot
    c) Make and model of the vehicle
    d) Registration number of the vehicle
    e) Number of passengers (including the driver)
    f) Contact (mobile phone)
  • 5.3 After reserving a parking space, you will receive a confirmation of your parking space reservation.
  • 5.4 Vehicles with a reservation have a secured parking space.
  • 5.5 We do not guarantee a parking space in the Parking Lot for vehicles without a reservation, and we have the right to refuse parking service.
  • 5.6 If you have canceled your use of the Parking Lot, please cancel the reservation for your vehicle.

6. ARRIVAL AT THE PARKING LOT

  • a) Payment of the agreed amount. Payment method (cash or bank transfer in advance)
  • b) After entering the Parking lot, an employee will direct you to your parking space.
  • b) After parking, your luggage is placed in our transfer vehicle.
  • c) We drive you to the "Franjo Tuđman" Airport

TRANSFER IS FREE!

  • 6.1 The entire process from arrival, payment, parking and departure to the airport takes approximately 5-10 minutes. Please allow this time for arrival and arrive that much earlier than the scheduled time for departure to the airport.

7. DEPARTURE FROM THE PARKING LOT

  • a) After you land and arrive at the agreed meeting point, call us and we will pick you up in 5-10 minutes (a slightly longer wait is possible in case of crowds or heavy traffic)
  • b) Your luggage is placed in your vehicle and you exit the parking lot.

8. PAYMENT AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

  • 8.1 Payment is made on the day of arrival at the Parking Lot.
  • 8.2 Payment can also be made in advance, by bank transfer or by deposit into a business account.
  • 8.2 Payment method: cash

9. COMPLAINTS

  • 9.1 In accordance with Article 10 of the Law on Consumer Protection, we hereby inform the users of the Parking Lot that they can submit their complaints in writing to the ADDRESS: Ul. Vladimira Nazora 4, 10410 Velika Gorica, Ružica parking,  E-MAIL: ruzicaparking@gmail.com  
  • You will receive an answer to your complaint within 15 days from the day the complaint was sent.
  • These Terms and Conditions come into effect on February 17, 2025.
